Root project using identifiers for sources and adapter.get_relation() behavior

adapter.get_relation() call in upload_sources.sql

Problematic Behavior:

• customer/root project installs a data_campus_source package
• data_campus_source package comes with "live" source YAMLs for the the root package to use
• data_campus_source_package "live" source YAMLs do not deliver identifiers (as those are root project specific)
• root package adds identifier property to the standard source tables delivered by the data_campus_source_package "live" source YAMLS
• get_relation() is not/does not get the identifier from the root package's source YAML and instead uses the data_capus_source_package identifier which is (none)

Notes:

• This issue is related to how source property paths are resolved by dbt
  • https://flexitanalytics.atlassian.net/browse/FLX-179
• The fully qualified name (FQN) must be available in the metadata somewhere
