[ENHANCEMENT] Remove all OneNote languages

Description of the enhancement

I'm installing a new Windows PC and the previous owner did a "windows reset". It brought way more windows garbage that I have ever seen. Cleaning it up with winscript helps but there is no OneNote uninstall.
Also, I need to go through each language to uninstall all of them, and each takes approximately 5min. Could this be implemented automatically to winscript, thanks!

Yes, they were pre installed. I found a small PS script to remove them (and added a few languages that were not pre installed on my PC but on other user's PC)

Maybe we need to make $LanguageList automatic but haven't found the place with installed languages.

Also, each language takes approximately 5min to uninstall, with the script this morning, I uninstalled all 10 in probably 30min

On which Windows 11 build & OS localization (language) were the apps preinstalled?
I need it to test the scripts.

It was a factory fr-fr PC bought in 2023, reset through window (not bootable USB). Current build number (with updates applied) 26200.8737
Experience pack 1090.26100.334.0
PC MSI katana 15 (probably a manufacturer request maybe)

If I remember correctly, this is not the first time it happened to me (got quite a few laptops)

The thing that i'm stuck on is to decide if increasing the script duration for 20+ minutes to install those languages is worth it.
