Adds a small badge row so test status, JOSS review status and the licence are visible at a glance.
Three badges: the
test.ymlworkflow, the JOSS review status for this submission, and MIT fromLICENSE.txt. Checked that each image and link returns 200.No crates.io/PyPI badge since I did not want to assume a package name.
