[video_player_avplay] Use wrapper API - #1158

Replace media, DRM and power proxies with ftpw calls in MediaPlayer and PlusPlayer. Link the wrapper and include its header and four native builds. Validated the existing host tests, four wrapper builds and ARM example TPK build, including the packaged wrapper and plugin linkage.
