vcsgui is a GTK3 UI with no Windows build (no gtk3 in the mingw pkg-config set); mark the library and its executables buildable: False on Windows so leksah's Windows plan solves without them.

Also removes dependency on overloaded labels (they are very slow to compile) and fixes the travis build script.
