ci: fix the platform builds under Xcode 26.6 - #2

The five platform builds failed on main with: conflicting options '-warnings-as-errors' and '-suppress-warnings' (target AemiKernels; before the AemiKernels dependency, AemiMacroSupport). Xcode 26.6 adds -suppress-warnings to package dependencies and Aemi's manifest adds -warnings-as-errors. Probe on macos-26 / Xcode 26.6, macOS destination: SWIFT_TREAT_WARNINGS_AS_ERRORS=NO still failed, SWIFT_SUPPRESS_WARNINGS=NO passed, both passed.

The five platform builds have failed on main since Aemi's targets gained -warnings-as-errors: Xcode 26.6 passes -suppress-warnings to package dependencies and the driver rejects the pair. Probe results (macOS destination, macos-26): SWIFT_TREAT_WARNINGS_AS_ERRORS=NO fails, SWIFT_SUPPRESS_WARNINGS=NO passes. This applies the passing override to all five platforms.
