Bump version to v0.3.7 for PyPI release.

Changes since v0.3.6 (#49):

  • Fix Bessel J_n forward-recurrence divergence for x < n (Miller backward recurrence), bracket/Newton bugs in _bisect_newton_batch.
  • Fix DnonDn.invert gauge handling so even-n and n=3 reconstructions reproduce the input bispectrum.
  • SO3onS2 sparse-cache build no longer perturbs the global RNG stream; DnonDn.forward validates input shape/dtype.
  • Pin torch<2.12 (torch-harmonics 0.9.x ABI).

No public API changes → patch bump.
