Description
On an Android phone in portrait orientation, the BB message composer footer controls overlap. The Send button is reportedly inaccessible until the phone is rotated to landscape.
Steps to reproduce
- Open BB on an Android phone in portrait orientation.
- Use the message composer with quota/usage plugin actions enabled (5h, 7d and OpenRouter credit).
- Observe the footer and try to send a message.
- Rotate the phone to landscape: the user reports that the Send button becomes accessible.
Actual behavior
- Footer controls and quota indicators visibly overlap.
- OpenRouter credit text extends beyond the visible area.
- The user cannot access the Send button in portrait and must rotate the phone.
Expected behavior
The Send button should remain visible and tappable on narrow screens. Secondary information should wrap, collapse or move into an overflow menu before primary controls are displaced. No footer text or controls should overlap.

Suggested acceptance criteria
- At common mobile widths (320–430 CSS px), Send remains fully visible and tappable.
- Footer controls do not overlap, including when plugin actions are present.
- Secondary information wraps, truncates or collapses without displacing primary actions.
- Portrait and landscape layouts both work, including with the on-screen keyboard open.
- Verify on Android Chrome; ideally also iOS Safari.
