feat(dashboard): Show archived inbox items only in search - #2564

The inbox no longer has an Archived group, and the empty state no longer has a "See archived items" button. Done and dismissed items now show only in a search.
A search now shows all matches in one flat list. It does not use the Needs you, FYI, or Archived groups. Open matches come first. Archived rows have a hollow dot, a muted title, and a
DoneorDismissedstatus in the meta line.The dashboard no longer sends
include=archived. The API param is still there, because it is part of the public API and has integration test coverage.via @dcramer.
