Adds an
## Unreleasedsection toCHANGELOG.mdwith the v10 changes from all the pre-releases. Craft renames it to10.0.0at release time, the same way the RC notes were prepared (f9f2e87). Without it, the GA notes would only list the commits sincerc.1.9.30.1. Entries from rc.0 that already shipped in 9.x are dropped, following chore: Complete 10.0.0-alpha.2 changelog entries #3861.v10-branchsince9.30.1is either listed or intentionally left out (skip-changelog, internal-only, or replaced by a later entry).Open items
