Removes the `traceLifecycle: 'static'` pin and rewrites the specs against streamed spans. The Nest handler span is named `Request handler` under span streaming rather than after the callback, so the specs identify it by the `nestjs.callback` attribute. The two pipe specs share a segment name, so they select their trace on `url.path`. Ref: #23801 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
