Problem
The ledger header of
credential-provider-grants-namespaces-selected-by-labelsays the patch leaves when agent-substrate#2877 merges. The maintainer reviewed that selector as too specific on 2026-10-20, and the decision on giantswarm/giantswarm#38661 gives the file's two halves different exits.Change
refsadd agent-substrate#2876 and agent-substrate#2543;depends_onnames them;exitstates theate-goldenhalf's exit (the re-pin past agent-substrate#2543) and the tenant-grant half's (upstream's choice on agent-substrate#2876 after agent-substrate#2959, or an out-of-tree provider if agent-substrate#2876 is declined or unanswered by 2026-11-17); one dated History sentence. No code change.
