An oversized ZIP entry currently prevents callers from reaching smaller entries that fit the remaining expansion budget. Add
Stream.Skip()to abandon an unread ZIP body without decompressing or validating it, including afterNextrejects its size.Nextreturns rejected entry metadata alongside limit errors so callers can report the affected path. Skipped entries still count toward the entry limit, while their unread bodies do not consume expanded bytes. Previously read data remains charged. Partial reads, cancellation, input limits and entry-count limits cannot be bypassed; TAR-based formats and conda remain unsupported bySkip.
