Docker image names such as
ghcr.io/example/imagecurrently producepkg:docker/ghcr.io%2Fexample%2Fimage. Split Docker coordinates at the final slash so the registry and namespace remain separate path segments. Add regression coverage for all three public builders, including registry ports, tags, digests, and versionless identities.Required for git-pkgs/manifests#124.
