This node extends the workshop graph from node 27 (Verify Workflow Quality) with practical enterprise governance controls. Learners trim safe-outputs to the minimum required types, lock permissions, configure a required reviewer via GitHub Environments, draft a GOVERNANCE.md with their AI agent, and audit repository secrets. It serves enterprise learners on GHEC, GHES, and any team preparing to roll out agentic workflows org-wide, closing the open leaf at node 27.
