Summary

• Support npm install -g @gorse-io/cli and npx @gorse-io/cli using a small Node launcher and exact-version platform optional dependencies, following Codex's native distribution model.
• Package the seven existing GoReleaser targets without adding a Go requirement, runtime download, or postinstall script.
• Publish platform packages before the launcher after release binaries are uploaded; use latest for stable releases and next for prereleases.
• Document installation, local packaging, and npm publishing prerequisites.

Verification

• All four Node tests passed, including packing real Linux x64 Go CLI binaries, offline global npm installation with lifecycle scripts disabled, --help, --version, and a failing command's exit status.
• actionlint passed; goreleaser check passed; git diff --check passed.
• Independent review approved frozen tree 8de470fd02d7856167d9d587be03a7173cf32871; additional Linux launcher probes covered stdin, environment, arguments, exit codes and signals.
• Go test/vet attempts encountered host disk pressure and timeouts; remote CI remains authoritative for the full Go suite.

Deployment prerequisites / limitations

• Configure repository secret NPM_TOKEN with npm organization publishing permission for @gorse-io/cli and platform packages before publishing a release. No npm secret is currently configured.
• No existing GitHub release is available, so live release download/npm publication has not been exercised. This PR does not publish packages or create a release.
• Native execution tested on Linux x64 only; other platform package metadata is checked against the existing release targets.
• The existing dirty refactor/root-layout worktree is untouched; this PR is based on main.
