Summary

• Remove the standalone go vet, go build, and shell syntax-check steps from the test job.
• Test install.sh on Linux x64/ARM64 and macOS ARM64, and install.ps1 on Windows x64/ARM64.
• Use the default installation directories without setting INSTALL_DIR and verify the installed CLI through PATH with --version.

Validation

• actionlint v1.7.12 and git diff --check passed.
• CI passed at 1c2b42c: Go tests and all five installation jobs (Linux x64/ARM64, macOS ARM64, Windows x64/ARM64).
• Each installation job downloads a real release binary into the default directory and runs gorse-cli --version via PATH.
