Summary

• After successful binary upload for a stable release, use mislav/bump-homebrew-formula-action@v4.2 to open a formula update PR in gorse-io/homebrew-tap, following GoAT's setup.
• Explicitly use the macOS ARM64 release binary instead of the default source archive.
• Per the requested scope, update only the macOS URL/SHA256 (and the Formula's shared version). Existing Linux URLs/SHA256 remain unchanged and are not maintained by this automation.
• Remove the supplemental Linux updater and its tests; restore ordinary CI unchanged. The final PR changes only .github/workflows/release.yml.
• Keep binary, Scoop, and npm jobs unchanged; skip prereleases and serialize Homebrew jobs.

Credentials

Configure HOMEBREW_TAP_TOKEN in gorse-io/cli, restricted to gorse-io/homebrew-tap with Contents and Pull requests read/write and required organization approval. No secrets were created or changed.

Verification

• actionlint and git diff --check passed.
• Parsed workflow assertions verify a single action-only macOS step, binary-upload dependency, stable-release guard, explicit binary URL, unchanged existing publisher jobs, removed helper/test files, and ordinary CI identical to main.
• Remote CI passed on simplified head 2d4709f77ddd42ab3e5fb01f0bd3d436e294311e: Go tests and all installer jobs. Run: https://github.com/gorse-io/cli/actions/runs/40188105135.

The release-only action and live cross-repository publication have not been executed; Homebrew installation has not been tested. This PR does not modify the tap Formula itself.
