Add duckrun to the catalog

Summary

Adds duckrun, a Python library that runs SQL in DuckDB and reads and writes Delta Lake tables on OneLake, locally, or in cloud object storage, with a dbt adapter that materializes models as Delta tables in a Lakehouse. Submitted in #31; it meets the inclusion criteria (a publicly accessible, open-source tool directly useful for Fabric data engineering).

• Added src/content/tools/duckrun.md: category data-engineering, type library, source open-source (MIT), pricing free, maintainer community, status ga.
• No favicon changes: the entry's host (github.com) is already cached.

Verification

• npm run build and npx astro check pass (0 errors, 0 warnings).

Notes

• The submission left status blank. The package is at 0.5.0 on PyPI with regular releases, so the entry uses the default ga; switch to preview if you prefer that for 0.x versions.
• Python requirement is taken from PyPI (3.11+), not the README badge (3.9+), since PyPI reflects the current release.
