Sleep charts currently end with a technical strap parsing warning, including when usable data is displayed. Remove that footer and show a compact “sync incomplete” action above the charts instead. Tapping it opens a plain-language explanation with a retry button. Detailed diagnostics remain available in Settings.
This changes error presentation; the underlying strap timestamp incompatibility remains unresolved. Existing recordings, combined sleep totals, and retry cursors are unchanged. Prepare TestFlight build 12.
Validation: 93 iOS unit tests and four focused UI flows passed, including combined sleep totals, strap setup, populated charts with a sync failure, and empty sleep with retry. Visually checked the footer removal and alert. Signed release archive passed signature, version, bundle ID, and display-name validation.
