Opening Sleep briefly showed the cached main sleep total before Apple Health naps finished loading. Keep the completed combined page visible during refresh, publish a replacement only after both sources settle, and show loading on the first read or a different date. Failed Health refreshes retain the last complete result; successful empty reads still clear cached data.
Rename the Xcode project, scheme, targets, source folders and core package to Motion, and prepare build 14. Preserve the existing bundle ID, SwiftData model namespace/schema, local store paths, Keychain services, auth callback and HealthKit sync identifiers so installed copies retain their data and sign-in. Apple Developer already lists this App ID as motion.
Validation: full CI passed: simulator/device builds, 54 core tests, 119 protocol tests, 102 iOS unit tests and 14 UI tests. The loading regression waits for both sources, keeps the complete eight-hour total during refresh, and prevents a previous date's total appearing during a new date load. Its captured screens were visually inspected. Persistence, authentication, workout, Health access and strap scenarios also pass. The final commit only updates repository-path documentation; app and workflow sources match the tested commit.
