What does this change?
This reverts commit 1608a8c.
Before this PR: 100% of traffic goes to the ECS hosted tag-page-rendering service.
After this PR: 100% of traffic goes to the EC2 tag-page-rendering service.
Why?
As part of moving to 100% traffic to tag-page-rendering being served by ECS we deployed pr 16908, we carried out testing to ensure no regressions were introduced. If something goes wrong later we have prepared this PR to roll back quickly.
