Adds session-board to Community mods: a row in the README table and an entry in community.json.

What it does: a pane in the desktop app with one card per Claude session in a project. Each card shows whether the session needs you, its unmerged git work (uncommitted files, commits not in the base branch, commits not pushed, PR state) and what it waits on. You can answer a session's question from its card.

Access, so readers know before installing:

• Reads the session list and recent events through the desktop app's session tools, and sends a message to a session only when you press a button on its card.
• Runs read-only git commands in each session's folder.
• Makes a short Haiku call per session to write the one-line summary, cached until the session changes.

Desktop app only. MIT licence. I wrote the mod.
