Updates the outdated application and development dependencies: Next.js 16.4.5, Vercel Speed Insights 2.1.0, Biome 2.6.5, Playwright 1.65.0, and Tailwind CSS/PostCSS plugin 4.3.4.
Upgrades pnpm to 12.18.0 across the project pin, CI, and README, regenerates the lockfile, and updates the existing Biome release exceptions. Node types remain on the latest Node 24 release, matching the runtime and Dependabot policy. GitHub Actions major pins already resolve to the latest releases.
Validation:
pnpm install --frozen-lockfilepnpm verify: Biome, TypeScript, audit, production build, and all 5 Chromium smoke tests pass; no known vulnerabilities.pnpm outdated --format json: only the intentionally excluded Node types major remains.git diff --check
