feat(modes): encode meta-improvement + per-loop visual record into the research and develop gate packs (#1554)

Closes #1554.

• research pack.toml: new record-boundary-curation gate (analyze phase, derived, director-owned) — every record boundary emits the visual record (plot artifacts + widget refresh) and commits the curation delta (skill findings, vault knowledge cards, proposals' status) as a first-class loop output.
• research card.md: the loop description extended with the visual record + curation sentence (outside the generated region; parity intact).
• develop pack.toml: new meta-improvement-delta gate (integrate phase, derived, director-owned) — each dev walk records its skill friction, updates doctrine/docs in the same PR where the code moved, and hands the hypothesis seed over at close.

Validated organically over 6 campaign loops (pasqal-gate-autoresearch): 18+ findings filed, a measured doctrine vaulted, a live pulse-board widget — this makes them protocol, not byproducts.
