Summary

t-144 (f-routing-view): adds a signal routing diagram for every synth whose signal path is built in (fixed or switched): the monos, polys, semi-modulars and drum synths. Each one follows Model D's recipe, written by hand from the synth's spec.

• One routing module per synth under lib/app/synths/routing/. Synths that share a voice share a builder (acid-voice.ts, syncussion-voice.ts).
• Where the definition wires something the spec has no id for, or the spec reuses an id, the routing makes up an id and its docblock says so. This affects Take 5's destination selectors, the Behringer Syncussion's output and DeepMind's envelope routes. .context/app/synths.md documents the rule.
• routing.test.ts now checks that every synth has a routing except the patched set (System 15/35/55, EMS VCS3, Syntrx II), and that none of those has one. Their diagrams are drawn from the patch in t-145.

No CHANGELOG entry: this is all fork-owned app code, outside the public surface.
