🔍 Context

This PR aims to:

• add current_table_topic_type to source list and source detail so we can surface whether the current version is addressing main or its own table
• update the criteria for what causes a new working copy version on source to be created. When ttl, engine, or common header is changed it should also create a new working copy when existing is already deployed
• adds validation to source update to prevent removing meta schema/changing from receiver <-> fetcher
