fix: drop ts-node, which breaks on typescript 7 - #116

TypeScript 7.0 removed the compiler API ts-node calls, so ts-node crashes on start whenever the global typescript is 7 (latest since 2026-07-08). Its last release was 10.9.2 in 2023-12. tsx runs the same files without that API. developer-typescript now installs typescript and tsx only, and --tags removals removes the ts-node pnpm global the role used to install on Linux.

ts-node crashes on startup whenever the global typescript is 7. TypeScript 7.0,
lateston npm since 2026-07-08 and now 7.0.2, removed the compiler API that ts-node calls. ts-node's last release is 10.9.2, from 2023-12-08. tsx (4.23.15, 2026-09-20) runs the same files without that API.--tags removalsremoves the ts-node pnpm global the role used to install, on Linux. It skips a box with no pnpm, and treats "not installed" as nothing to do.Tested in an ubuntu:24.04 container. With ts-node installed as a pnpm global, a removals run removed it and
pnpm list -gcame back empty. The play's second pass of the same task, which runs because of #92, reported ok. With pnpm removed, the task skipped and the run gave changed=0.hyperi-ci checkpasses. Not run: macOS, where removals leave package-manager installs alone by design.
Done when no converge installs ts-node and
--tags removalsclears the old copy.
