fix: take rustls 0.23.45 in the examples probe (GHSA-2mjx-qc3c-rqvc) - #32

Clears Dependabot alert 20. Also drops an unused trait import the probe warned on: the stdlib returns trait objects, so the methods resolve without it.

Dependabot alert 20 flags rustls 0.23.43 in build/vrl-examples-probe/Cargo.lock: TLS 1.3 handshake messages get accepted across encryption level boundaries. 0.23.45 (crates.io, 2026-09-14) is the fix.
