Overview
CONTRIBUTING.md covered adding an enhancement but not removing one. Adds the rule: retire it once the product ships an equivalent, or when a declined proposal no longer earns its place in demos; upstream discussion stays outside this public repo.
No version bump: docs only, so the loaded build is unchanged and there is nothing for a new number to mark.
