A full pass for stale content: images, docs, taglines and UI copy, plus the product behavior the audit found wrong.

• Share image (public/og.png): was the old team pitch ("A lot of work should not depend on one person", "Your team's own agent"). Now the current headline, in the console's style.
• Architecture diagram (docs/architecture.svg): was "shared computer", old loop names (Review / Cases / Monitors) and three services. Now all five triggers, Loopable hosted, the runner pulling over HTTPS, and where answers go.

Behavior fixes

• The dispatcher checked loops every 2 minutes, though the form offers "Every minute" and the limit allows it. Now it checks every minute.
• Schedule times said "this host's time zone". When hosted that is the dispatcher's, UTC, so the form now says UTC. A time-zone setting is a follow-up.
• Locally, the "Not set up" page gave a callback address without the port, though GitHub matches the port. It now matches the docs.
• pnpm runner from a checkout reused your real runner config and joined production. It now joins pnpm dev and keeps its state in ~/.loopable-dev/runner.
• Loops with an absolute folder from an older version told users to run "a runner on the same host as Loopable", which is impossible when hosted. They now say to edit the folder.
• Upgrade messages now point to the Runners page, and say to restart the runner.

Consistency

• One description everywhere (landing, README, narrative, concepts, AGENTS.md, privacy), ending "…and answer where they were asked."
• The GitHub connector tagline is personal-first, like its note and the docs.
• Install, laptop and LAN wording replaced with pnpm dev where it only applies to development.
• Docs: Turso region and Worker placement, local runner command, the domain move marked done, the Gmail verification warning, runners compared with npm's newest version.
• Added the MIT LICENSE that package.json and the site claim, and npm keywords.
