Fix string formatting for state_entry_time - #601

state_entry_time is time_t data type, time_t has changed the data size to 64bits due to year 2038 problem, then to avoid string format issue the type had been casted to intmax_t and switch from long(l) to intmax_t(j) because long has the minimum size of 32bits and the mininum size for time_t is 64bits.
