The Contacts Search timestamp-filter docs described day-level matching but never stated which timezone anchors the day. On stable versions the calendar-day boundary is anchored to the workspace's timezone, so results can vary between workspaces and an equality filter may not match the contact a value came from when the workspace isn't on UTC.
