Description

Shows a progress bar, the download size and a Cancel button while the translation model downloads, instead of a spinner.

Technical

• Needs the onmodelprogress option from Add download progress option for translation models bergamot-translator#3; bump the dependency once that's published.
• Pairs without English now load both pivot models, fixing the spinner disappearing early for e.g. fr → de.
• Cancelling (or Stop Translating) aborts the download and drops queued translations.

Testing

On the IA demo, enable the translate experiment, choose a language, and click Translate: progress shows, Cancel stops the download, and translating again downloads and translates the page.
