Documents the optional phonological layer in the engine README: the
stdlib secryst() adapter dispatches to a secryst crystal (gem/pip/npm
'secryst'), which resolves model ids through the interscript-ml
models.yaml index. States the dependency direction both ways: a
crystal has no interscript dependency; an engine without a crystal
cannot execute maps that declare a vocalization step.
Docs-only. (Also reverts the accidental ride-along of this commit on
feat/isc-parser-codemod — kept there, but this branch carries it
cleanly off main.)
