Adds byte-verified activation of a previously installed CLI version for upgrade/rollback, and version-matched existing-orchestrator Livepeer staging instructions. The docs distinguish loopback native registry management from provider discovery, preserve native configuration/wallet and separate payer custody, and keep Punch offer prices and native quotes separately bound.
MVP scope is an existing Livepeer orchestrator; new paid-node bootstrap is not required. Default
attach-existingpreserves the paid endpoint; explicitoffchain-fixtureproves protocol lifecycle only. Published Preview.19.4 remains unchanged.Validation: public docs/install tests and4/4 checks on dfa6e8c pass. The exact private staging archive passed clean/previous19.4 installation, all3 launchers, two config update/restore cycles, retained backups and rollback. Real native registration/positive quote selection and wrong-quote denial passed on the retained local fork, followed by cleanup; no payment/session call was made.
