404 at user guide from README.md

[koppor]

I would like to link a nice page introducing OFT and searched README.md, but link to user guide is 404.

I will check all links in the Readme. This one here works for me though: https://openfasttrace.itsallcode.org/user_guide/user_guide.html

Fixed with #622. Also realized that a comment character in the JSON config broke the link check.
