Introduces only jdeurt-meta:graph-workflows, with references for writing, execution, and the shared Mermaid standard.

Scope audit: all 25 existing skill resources are byte-for-byte unchanged against main. Exactly one new installable entry exists: plugins/meta/skills/graph-workflows/SKILL.md. The previously added standalone change-brief and evidence-review entries were removed. Their examples are now non-installable WORKFLOW.md fixtures inside graph-workflows references; tests materialize temporary registries without exposing extra skills.

Final diff scope: 28 files inside plugins/meta/skills/graph-workflows/, plus these 9 directly supporting files:

  • docs/maintenance.md
  • docs/workflow-validation.md
  • package.json
  • scripts/compile-plugin.ts
  • scripts/workflow.ts
  • scripts/workflow.test.ts
  • scripts/workflow-controls.test.ts
  • scripts/workflow-packaging.test.ts
  • scripts/workflow-test-support.ts

No other skills are added or modified. The bundled Bun CLI validates and navigates without executing Mermaid or node instructions. Independent review verified the narrowed scope, packaging entry list, references, and fixture commands.

Validation: 44 focused tests passed (82 assertions); repository lint, types, formatting, 8 imports/markers, and build/check passed (5 plugins, 662 generated files). Corrected-commit CI passed, including the full suite, publication dry run, and native Codex smoke test. The full suite was not run locally.

See docs/workflow-validation.md for evidence and remaining test limits. Draft only; do not merge.
