Adds a language- and project-independent development graph that finds reusable operations, plans behavior scenarios before implementation, permits temporary probes, and writes permanent tests afterward. Testability problems return to the smallest necessary implementation or surrounding-code refactor.
Fresh reviewers check implementation boundaries, permanent tests, and final integration. The workflow audits helper reuse and clone findings, preserves valid evidence, and routes implementation, test, and verification repairs separately.
Imports
jdeurt-meta:graph-workflowsthroughimports.tomland its marker, including the Python navigation script. Graph Workflows now has an upstream Unlicense. No upstream content or generated marketplace output is vendored.Local validation passed: lint, types, formatting, import declarations, build consistency, all 13 tests, publication dry run, and Graph Workflows validation/navigation. The packaging regression fails against the prior implementation and passes with the correction. CI now validates the authored graph after building the imported CLI.
Activation and complete development-task evaluations remain unrun; see
docs/clean-implementation-evaluation.md. Final independent review remains pending.
