Build: builds the unsigned release APK with the llama.cpp submodule, NDK (read from smollm/build.gradle.kts) and the Khronos headers the Vulkan backend needs, always the newest Vulkan-Headers and SPIRV-Headers release tags (recorded in the run summary), on pushes to main and on every PR. Release: Actions > Release > Run workflow builds an unsigned APK with versionName X.Y.Z and versionCode X*10000+Y*100+Z, pushes the vX.Y.Z tag and attaches the APK to a draft release with generated notes. Older release tags have no "v" (5.1.3); the notes use the real tag name. Dependabot now also updates the llama.cpp submodule and GitHub Actions. Build classpath: pin AGP's vulnerable transitive libraries to patched versions again (Netty, Bouncy Castle, jdom2, jose4j, as in 5.1.3, which are no longer on main) plus Guava and commons-lang3.
