Warp Custom API/SDK Integrations

Custom integrations leveraging Warp's Agent API/SDK for mobile access, voice-triggered development, and automated workflows.

Overview

This project provides n8n workflows and VAPI tools that connect to Warp's Agent API, enabling:

  • Mobile Access: Trigger Warp agents from your phone, receive session links to monitor/steer in browser
  • Voice Commands: Use VAPI voice assistants to trigger development tasks via natural speech
  • Error Auto-Investigation: Automatically investigate production errors and suggest fixes
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Automated dependency updates, code health checks, documentation reviews
  • Multi-Repo Operations: Fan-out tasks across multiple repositories in parallel

                         (Docker + Repos + Secrets)

Prerequisites

  • Warp team account with API access
  • n8n cloud instance (or self-hosted)
  • VAPI account (for voice integrations)
  • GitHub access for Warp environments

Quick Start

  1. Set up Warp environment for your repository:

    warp environment create --name my-env --docker-image node:20 --repo owner/repo

  2. Import n8n workflows from workflows/ directory

  3. Configure VAPI tool from vapi/ directory

  4. Store Warp API key in n8n credentials

n8n Workflows

Workflow Description
warp-mobile-trigger Webhook trigger → Create Warp task → Return session link
warp-voice-handler VAPI webhook → Extract intent → Create Warp task
warp-error-handler Error webhook → Auto-investigate → Notify results

Security

  • API keys stored as n8n credentials (not in workflow JSON)
  • Session sharing restricted to team members
  • Webhook authentication enabled on all endpoints
  • Agent permissions configured per environment
