Fixes two documentation gaps. The PAT scopes table now lists Code (needed by the pull request commands — Read for pr-list/pr-get/pr-open, Read & Write for pr-create) and corrects Build to Read & Execute (queueing a run with
runneeds Execute). Adds a note explaining that-pmeans--projecton most commands but--parenton list/mine/normalize.
