chore: Merge master back after 1.2.0
DrayOS ends a page with `--- MORE --- ['q': Quit, 'Enter': New Lines, 'Space Bar': Next Page] ---`. The tail regex only matched a line that ended right after `--- MORE ---`, so the pager was never answered and long output such as `wan status` failed with an idle timeout. Match the marker with the optional key hint, answer a marker once while its hint is still arriving, and strip the hint with the handled marker.
A marker-only tail repainted after a carriage return kept the same line epoch, so the pager treated the repainted marker as already answered and the command stalled until a timeout. Advance the epoch when replacement text starts after a carriage return.
