feat: Add more modern 2026 apps and refine UI descriptions

This PR adds a selection of powerful modern tools to the 2026 dotfiles setup.

Added:

• ntfy: For push notifications via terminal.
• terrascan: Static scanner for Infrastructure as Code.
• tfsec: Security scanner for Terraform code.
• terragrunt: Superpowerful wrapper for Terraform.
• dapr: Dapr CLI for modern microservices.

Fixes/Improvements:

• Structured as robust standalone modules in programas/.
• Pre-added to full and ai-dev install profiles.
• Formatted tool descriptions correctly without breaking gum choose --selected (replaced commas with slashes).
• Kept the setup script robust and correctly utilizing Go helper scripts and dynamic asset fetching without hanging the CI pipeline.
