Summary

  • Read terminal dimensions from the live TTY instead of stale COLUMNS/LINES values.
  • Remove width clamps so narrow terminals do not overflow and wide terminals use their full width.
  • Expand PTY layout regressions across narrow and wide sizes, including stale environment dimensions.

Verification

  • Full test suite passes with optional processors installed.
  • Elastic and seam render flows pass in CLI and menu integration tests.
