Changes

• Prevent prettier from processing files that belong to installed pixi environments and exclude the pixi.lock file.
• Declare and install pixi as test requirement
• Exclude test folder and pixi enviroments in general from the pixi-code extension artifact

Reason

• Avoid large number of prettier warnings / errors from pixi
• Prevent the test pipeline from failing.
