Working on it listed the rsync offline check as the list diff, retry, prepare and verify. Since v2.3.0 it also checks pages against ctan's page set and smoke's page read-back, and it has checked due since v2.2.0. Docs only; no release needed.
Test plan: read the paragraph against examples/rsync/Taskfile.yml's offline.
