The `f:uri.action` view helper was incorrectly used for document links within feed items. It has been replaced with `f:uri.page` and augmented with the `page: 1` parameter to ensure documents always open on their initial page. Additionally, the unnecessary `addQueryString="untrusted"` parameter was removed from the feed channel link.
