Adds canon/constraints/canon-is-metaphor-agnostic.md (DRAFT, tier 1): binding sections of any canon/** doc use neutral terms (operator, seat, work unit, plan, receipt, lane, gate, adopter); an operating metaphor's words live only under Example Applications. Scope is forward-binding + migrate-on-touch: 61 canon docs carry airline words and 12 carry kitchen words today (grep census in SCOPE); no sweep without a separate ruling. Adopters (kitchens, airlines, projects) are exempt and encouraged to be vivid. Airline-framed bootstrap texts are read as illustration.

Also in this PR (Boy Scout, captain order): canon/methods/driver-seat-lens.md frontmatter status: draft → active — it merged in #317 but its frontmatter still said draft.

ALLERGY — HUMAN-ONLY (voice). The blockquote quotes the captain's ruling verbatim. Captain reads exact text before ready. Auto-merge off.

Prior art named in the doc: odd/contract (structure-agnostic — this is its vocabulary twin); kitchen R15 (one-way inheritance). Constraints index is catalog-driven (README says so), so no index line — ticket product 2 skipped as instructed.

Overview
Introduces a new draft tier-1 constraint, canon-is-metaphor-agnostic, so binding sections of any canon/** document must use neutral terms (operator, seat, work unit, plan, receipt, lane, gate, adopter) while kitchen/airline (and future) wording stays only under Example Applications. The doc defines the compliance test, failure modes, and enforcement additions (canon PR review question plus a grep tripwire for known metaphor word lists), and scopes the rule to new or materially amended canon docs with migrate-on-touch for existing corpus—explicitly no bulk rewrite without a separate operator ruling; adopters and illustrative bootstrap texts remain exempt.

Separately, driver-seat-lens frontmatter is updated from status: draft → active to match its already-merged content; the new constraint cites that method as the motivating example and reference shape for Example Applications tables.
