Syncs the configuration reference with kmworks/kmrs#145:

  • API read pool sizing is back to min(CPU cores, max-pool-size) — the 8-reader floor is dropped
  • [tasks-db] / [kmrs-db] read pools default to 2 connections (auxiliary pools)
  • the [database] comment block notes the task-side read pool default (2, serial task work) and that an explicit pool-size applies to the task pool too

Verified with pnpm typecheck, pnpm exec nimbus-docs check, pnpm lint:docs, pnpm build.

Sync with kmworks/kmrs#145: the tasks-db and kmrs-db read pools now
default to 2 connections instead of the API-side clamp(CPU cores, 8,
max-pool-size), and the [database] comment notes the task-side read
pool default.
kmworks/kmrs#145 drops the 8-reader floor from the API read pool
sizing.
kmworks/kmrs#145 registers a profile hook on every pooled SQLite
connection and logs statements that run 500 ms or longer.
